Custom software for Logistics & Distribution

Know what is ready, dispatched and delivered.

We can build logistics and distribution software connecting orders, warehouse stock, dispatch, delivery assignments, proof of delivery and customer reporting.

Start with the work

What gets in the way of a good day?

01 / Business problem

Dispatch readiness depends on phone calls.

The order team, warehouse and dispatcher need to agree what is allocated, packed and ready to leave. We can map those states and the person responsible for each handoff.

02 / Business problem

A status does not explain a delivery exception.

Partial deliveries, refused goods and rescheduled drops need reasons and follow-up actions. A shipment history should distinguish an intended dispatch from what actually happened.

03 / Business problem

Delivery evidence and billing are separated.

Proof of delivery needs to refer to the correct shipment and customer. Decide what evidence is required, who checks it and when it is sufficient to support billing.

A workflow we can build around

Every step. Connected.

This flow is a starting point for discussing your operation. Select a stage to explore its place in the system.

Order — a stage to connect with the people, records and decisions around it.

Live location, carrier feeds and external tracking APIs are separate requirements. No existing carrier integration is claimed; access and reliability must be verified for each connection.

Potential custom capabilities

Build the parts your business actually needs.

We can design these capabilities around your team, records and business rules. The final modules, device support and connections are agreed for your project.

Prepare the dispatch

Orders, available stock and allocated stock need to stay distinct. We can build pick/pack and dispatch records with partial fulfilment and warehouse responsibility made explicit.

  • Orders and warehouse inventory
  • Stock allocation
  • Dispatch records
  • Delivery assignment
02 / Connected modules

Follow the handoff

Tracking can start with operational status updates entered by your team. Driver workflows, fleet records and delivery evidence can be added around the actual devices and connectivity available.

  • Shipment status history
  • Fleet and driver management
  • Proof of delivery
  • Delivery exception records
03 / Connected modules

Keep customers informed

A customer portal can expose agreed order and delivery information without exposing internal records. Billing and reporting can refer back to dispatch and delivery evidence.

  • Customer portals
  • Billing records
  • Operational reporting
What we design towards

A clearer way to run the daily work.

We agree the intended outcomes with your team and check them against complete workflows before rollout.

  • Make order readiness and warehouse handoffs visible to the right team.
  • Keep delivery exceptions attached to the shipment.
  • Link billing questions to dispatch records and delivery evidence.
Before we begin

Questions from your side of the business.

Does tracking mean live GPS?

Not automatically. Tracking may mean recorded shipment stages and delivery updates. Live GPS requires a separately scoped device, permission, connectivity and data-retention approach.

Can carrier services be connected?

We assess each carrier’s supported APIs, account access and failure handling before committing to a connection. This page does not claim a live carrier integration.

What happens with failed or partial deliveries?

We define the reason codes, returned quantities, evidence and responsible follow-up step with your team, and test those exceptions before rollout.
